Alpharetta Real Estate

I often find myself out showing homes for sale in Alpharetta and wonder what happened to much of the traffic that we used to deal with at all times of the day. What a major relief it has been with additional lanes on GA 400 and along State Bridge Road. This has made it much easier for me as a REALTOR to talk with clients and buyers about the benefits of buying Alpharetta Real Estate. For years, people would tell me that they would not consider buying Alpharetta homes for sale because of traffic, now, that is no longer a problem. As a resident, it makes a big difference as I am constantly coming and going from Alpharetta and I can fully appreciate the benefits and increased time from the changes. You might reconsider buying Alpharetta real estate yourself if this was a concern, it certainly is worth your consideration.
