The city of Alpharetta website has a great tool to find out whether you are located within the city of Alpharetta, John’s Creek or Milton. When North Fulton County was fully annexed and existing unincorporated areas where placed into cities, the borders were somewhat ambiguous to many residents. Real estate values are about the same whether you are in Alpharetta John’s Creek or Milton, but your emergency services may be affected and your homeowners insurance as well.
