Atlantic Station In Midtown - Not Just ‘More Condos’

If you live in Atlanta, you’ve heard of Atlantic Station. If you don’t live in Atlanta and want the convenience of true Intown living, but, don’t want the “charm” of old buildings and dirty sidewalks then Atlantic Station is the place for you. Built on the grounds of the old Atlantic Steel Mill, Atlantic Station was conceptualized by Brian Leary, a grad student from Georgia Tech and was truly a herculean project in the making.Located on the east side of 75/85, Atlantic Station is a masterful collection of Class A office space combined with retail space, townhomes, condos, hotel space and apartment homes. The 138 acre site underwent a complete transformation including the removal of 180,000 square yards of contaminated soil. The premise of the redevelopment was to make a multi-use - live, work and play environment in an environmentally conscious manner.

The result of meticulous planning and years of work has created a unique Intown Atlanta living space unparalled in design and function. Atlantic Station today is a clean, safe and healthy urban area complete with all of the convenience and amenities of Intown living that is a model for smart growth and sustainable development.

Condos for sale in Atlantic Station generally range in price from about $150,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath to spectacular penthouses in Twelve and The Atlantic tipping the scales at well over $1,000,000. Townhomes for sale in Atlantic Station range price from about $300,000 to around $600,000 and offer a slightly different look and feel that allows owners to maintain the convenience and lifestyle of Midtown Atlanta and Atlantic Station combined with feel of a home.

We currently have two listings for sale in Atlantic Station; one an extremely charming 2 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath craftsman style bungalow and a never lived in top floor condo in The Art Foundry with a fireplace. You can view more information about these listings and Atlantic Station homes for sale on our website.

Shopping at Atlantic Station is designed the same way that the rest of Atlantic Station is designed - for pedestrians, which is in keeping with the Intown Atlanta lifestyle.

Ryan looks like a great place to live. I really like the exterior look of the homes. It is neat to see the buildings in the background as well.

I’m a married suburbanite - married with a daughter, but, if I was a little younger and/or single working inotwn, I would probably want to live there. It’s a great area.
