Back From the Abyss
By Ryan Ward | July 8, 2007
After about two months gone from the Google search results, we are back and hope to be able to provide the exceptional service to many new clients with the improved look and usability of our site. We have added some new features and more are scheduled to come online over the next week or so. New maps and and improved Atlanta MLS search are installed now and a few other neat surprises are being implemented as we speak. Being out of the search results for 2 months has allowed us to focus on some of the other areas of our real estate business that needed a little sprucing up as well, but, it’s good to be back!

Been there… Done that..
I got dumped by Yahoo! a while ago for following the advice of Advanced Access by creating reciprocal directories to other agents. I could not get back on to Yahoo! unti I switched internet companies and created a whole new site.
Good luck to you.

Kermit,
That AA penalty was terrible. It just feels good to be back. I received one good lead today and another phone call so I have work to do for some new buyers now.

Thank you Eric,
I’m seeing it at #4 for “atlanta real estate”. But I will have to wait a few days to get a feel for where it shakes out. As you know, I’ve made some changes recently to some things and they will need to get worked out….

Thanks Richard. It’s like starting all over. 60 days was just about enough to lose the entire pipeline.
