Chastain Park Real Estate

I have been checking what you (consumers) have been using to search for homes for sale in Chastain Park and I realized that we needed to create a new category for Chastain Park real estate that was seperate from Buckhead, Sandy Springs or just the general search term of Atlanta. Since many people and many agents search and think of the area around Chastain Park as Buckhead and/or Sandy Springs, and since listings in the Atlanta MLS can be confusing as agents enter the Chastain Park area as many things, this should help by providing a one stop shop so to speak for Chastain Park real estate and homes. We linked to the Chastain Park website for additional information and gave a breakdown as to tax differences with regards to Sandy Springs or Atlanta. Since Chastain Park is the largest park in Atlanta, and the area is so popular for real estate in todays market, we thought that we would make it easier for you to find exactly what you were searching for. If you have any suggestions on what additional information would be useful, just type in a comment below and we will see what we can do to provide even more useful information. We started with an interactive Google map to help define the location better and will continue to do what we can to improve the information on our Chastain Park webpage.
