First Post in a Week
By Ryan Ward | January 8, 2008
I promised myself that I would not post for a week and have succesfully done so. It’s been very tough because there is so much to talk about in the local real estate market. First, the trend towards a stronger market is continuing and I will post recaps of all of our markets this week followed by my outlook for different segments. 2008 looks to be quite an improvement over 2007 and we are beginning to see signs of this happening already.
For now, I have a new layout on the blog and I want to wish everyone a happy and prosperous new year.

I’m seeing positive signs in 2008 as well. Its hard because its all just anecdotal evidence from talking to mortgage brokers and other real estate agents. But it seems promosing. I can’t wait to dig into some stats for the first month of 2008.

There is a lot to discuss about the local real estate here as well.
Analysis of the month ending Dec. 07, quarterly, and of course, the year.
Also, have discussed the 2008 real estate forecast with economists.
Feeling as though we are finally at the bottom with signs of improvement in 2008. Keeping my fingers crossed
