You are so right Ryan, it does not matter if a REALTOR has a website or not if the Website is not showing up near the top of the Google or Yahoo search page for the search term the home buyers are most likely to go to. For your area I would guess that search term is Atlanta Real Estate, and for my area that term is Morristown Real Estate. With 82% of home buyers looking online and using search terms such as these home sellers need to look into this as well.
